Castlecool Unveils New Branding Campaign
After 15 years in business Castlecool are proud to unveil our new and exciting rebrand.Designed by award winning design studio Dynamo, the results have been beyond our expectations.
The new brand stands out from the crowd, much like Castlecool, with the distinctive degree Celsius symbol representing our core competency, temperature controlled storage. The logo and colour scheme are one of a kind and like no other in the industry making us extremely recognisable.
This new look will be rolled out across Castlecool, from stationary to our newly designed website. Everyone at Castlecool is excited about our new look and what the next 15 years will bring.

Major Acquisition
Castlecool, the Warehousing and Logistics company, based in Castleblayney are pleased to announce the major acquisition of the Food Park at Lough Egish, Castleblayney.The acquisition reflects the company’s strategy to expand its facilities and offer a further range of services to its customers. The assets acquired are:
1. Cold storage - 180,000 sq.ft
2. Dry storage - 20,000 sq.ft
3. 63 acres of land, fully zoned
4. Three food processing factories
5. Office block
6. Access to effluent treatment plant, natural gas and water supplies
7. Wind turbine
Commenting on the acquisition, Paul Shortt, Managing Director of Castlecool
“This acquisition reflects the progress of Castlecool and now establishes the company as the major provider of temperature controlled warehousing facilities in the Northern part of Ireland.”
“The Food Park will be an integral part of the company’s strategy to provide processing facilities to its customers on top of logistical services already in place.”
“Castlecool now wishes to expand the facilities, create further employment and develop its range of services. We intend to invest and expand the Food Park and will create an International dimension to the area. Enterprise Ireland, together with Monaghan County Council, are major supporters of the project and an all effort shall be made to expand the offerings.”
With the acquisition of the Food Park and the related warehousing and logistical assets, Castlecool intend to expand its offerings to its customers and to attract new customers to the area. Not only will Castlecool expand the facilities it also intends to market and develop a new range of services that will make the Food Park a major and international name in the food industry in the country.
